Coretelligent, a provider of information technology support and private cloud service for small and mid-sized businesses, has recently appointed George Kostakos as its new Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel.
Kostakos will play a key role in driving the rapid growth of Coretelligent, overseeing business operations as he provides strategic leadership to the company’s technology, client services and human resources organizations. In addition, he will lead Coretelligent’s risk management, regulatory and legal efforts while focusing on operational processes and procedures to further align company initiatives with customer needs.
With his vast experience in technology companies, Kostakos brings Coretelligent new insights in the achievement of operational and strategic goals. For nearly six years, he was General Counsel at OneForce Inc., a technology enabled on-line labor platform. Kostakos provided legal and strategic advice to the company’s President and board of directors, collaborating with the senior management team responsible for the company’s ongoing operations. He also worked for more than 20 years as outside counsel for a number of technology and other companies, providing strategic advice and legal counsel with respect to compliance, employment, litigation, commercial and operational issues. Kostakos holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College, and a law degree from Fordham University.
