Coretelligent, the IT support and private cloud service provider of choice for small and mid-sized businesses, is shifting team structures to more closely align with client needs. This includes the creation of a number of new director-level roles as well as other movements throughout the organization. These transitions come as Coretelligent recently received multiple awards for excellence in execution for security as well as customer service from leaders in the managed services field.

Advancements include:

Adam Noyes was promoted to the new role of Director of Infrastructure. In this position, Adam will leverage his many years of successful work on the architecture, refinement and maintenance of these platforms to manage all infrastructure operations including CoreCloud and CoreBDR as well as internal information technology assets.

Bill Flugrad takes on the role of Principal Solutions Architect, where he will continue to provide tactical and technical IT leadership across the Coretelligent client base. Bill has worked extensively with high-profile clients in the financial services verticals and is one of the most tenured resources at Coretelligent.

A second Principal Solutions Architect role is filled by Bryan Nicholson, whose exemplary technical leadership culminated in achieving multiple vendor certifications in a 12-month period. While relatively new to Coretelligent, Bryan has proven himself invaluable with excellent work with a wide range of clients.

Chris Massaroco fills out the Principal Solutions Architect promotions due to recent exceptional work with the Third Rock Ventures portfolio. He will continue to provide leadership and mentoring for other Coretelligent engineers, providing technical strategy and guidance for solutions deployment.

Manager, Project Engineering is awarded to Patrick Hoell, in recognition of many years of field service and engineering. His hands-on management, guidance and mentorship to members of the Coretelligent engineering team have helped ensure the high degree of quality and execution across all areas of the project services group.

Scott Camara receives a promotion to Director of Field Services, where he will be responsible for hiring, managing and mentoring the East Coast field team. Scott’s engineering background provides a technical springboard to understanding the unique challenges faced by this team. He is tasked with providing a rewarding career path for field team members.

The new Director of Customer Success, Brian Demlein, is new to Coretelligent. Brian will leverage his 10 years of customer management experience in the IT consulting field for Fortune 100 companies. He will continue to expand his role as he advocates for Coretelligent customers and ensures that operations teams are delivering world-class service at all times.

Kettric Midura joins Coretelligent as Director of Remote Support. This important role is focused on constant improvement for Coretelligent customers of all sizes and verticals. Kettric brings 10 years of experience building first-rate customer support organizations through process enhancements.
