Founder and CEO
As founder and CEO of Coretelligent, Kevin leads the charge at the intersection of business, technology and finance. He blends more than two decades of hands-on experience in IT with deep knowledge of business operations and value creation.
Steadfastly committed to service excellence, Kevin founded Coretelligent in 2006 to help clients effectively maximize their IT investments. As CEO, he leads the strategic development and implementation of practical IT solutions and manages a team of experts who serve as trusted advisors to our clients.
Prior to founding Coretelligent, Kevin held senior positions with a number of companies including CMGi, iPhrase Technologies and IBM. He focused on the design and implementation of highly efficient IT infrastructure and solutions, while addressing diverse business needs across a broad user base.
Kevin was named a Boston Business Journal 40 Under 40 leader in 2013. Under his leadership, Coretelligent has earned numerous accolades, including the Boston Business Journal’s “Fast 50” three years running, Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company, and CRN Elite 150 managed service provider.
Committed to improving the lives of children, Kevin serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay. He also serves on the Advisory Board of OneCloud Labs.
Outside of work, Kevin juggles the joys of raising four beautiful girls with his wife Tracy.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Christine is responsible for Coretelligent’s financial planning and operations. She brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, accounting, process and policy development, operations, reporting, risk management, and human resources.
Christine has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT, media and hospitality industries, working for powerhouse brands such as HBO, WGBH, NBC, and the Hard Rock Café, where she played key roles in driving growth and expansion. At HBO, Christine traversed both finance and operations, transitioning the company from a movie channel to a developer of award-winning original programming. At WGBH, she spearheaded a significant change in the public broadcaster’s show production business model.
Christine joined Coretelligent in its early days, helping build the successful company it is today. She has strengthened and extended our customer-centric approach, positioning the company for future growth.
Beyond Coretelligent, Christine can be found baking up a storm, filling the house with music and laughter with her two daughters.
Chief Technology Officer
Chris is a transformational and strategic IT leader who establishes and leads Coretelligent’s technical vision and technological development. He partners with the executive management team to grow the company through the use of technological resources.
With a passion for problem-solving, Chris advises organizations of all sizes on their technology strategies and helps develop custom IT roadmaps for private, public and hybrid cloud deployments. He oversees the technical teams responsible for key Coretelligent platforms, as well as project engineering and the Principal Solutions Architecture team, liaising with top clientele.
With more than 15 years’ experience in technology administration, design and implementation, Chris joined Coretelligent in 2007 as a field engineer supporting clientele within the financial services space. He advanced to his current role in parallel with the company’s accelerated growth, testimony to his significant technical contributions and leadership.
Outside the office, Chris enjoys mountain biking and hiking in his native state of New Hampshire. His passion for technology extends to his home lab, where he is constantly building and testing new technologies and hardware. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and stepdaughters, exploring the mountains and seacoast regions of New England.
Chief Operating Officer
Tim oversees Coretelligent’s business operations, providing strategic leadership and oversight to the company’s client-facing support organizations. He leads and develops the teams that support our clients, including our field engineers and remote support engineers, and oversees the tools that these teams use to deliver services to our customers.
Tim joined Coretelligent after college, starting on the frontlines, where he honed his skills and customer-centric philosophy. He has held every client-facing service role at Coretelligent, helping build our best-in-class service organization.
His experience includes assisting Fortune 500 companies, fast-growing life sciences organizations and financial services firms with office relocation efforts, helping companies navigate compliance requirements and building scalable support models to responsibly grow services to meet customers’ needs.
When he is not serving our clients, Tim enjoys boating, golf, cycling ,and spending time with his wife and young daughter.
Chief Revenue Officer
An executive sales and business development leader, Guido leads Coretelligent’s sales, marketing and strategic services team, focused on the company’s expansion and growth strategy.
Throughout his career, Guido has built sales teams and enterprises from the ground up in both Europe and the U.S. He has experience in all aspects of sales organization management with a particular focus on global IT infrastructure and security services. Prior to joining Coretelligent, Guido led sales teams across the U.S. for a $500 million IT services firm.
Guido has a passionate focus on customer needs in order to create the perfect tailored solution. His philosophy around combining human interaction and engineering perfection has resulted in dozens of successful partnerships.
In his spare time, Guido loves to hike and ski with his family in the New England mountains and, in warmer months, sail the New England coastline and has ambitions to sail across the pond on a roundtrip to Europe. Guido has lived in Europe, California and Chicago and now lives just outside of Boston with his wife and two children.
Senior Vice President of Business Development
With more than 25 years of IT industry experience, Jason is passionate about serving as a trusted advisor to his clients with the ultimate goal of helping them address their most critical IT challenges.
Jason paves the way for developing technology solutions that drive measurable results. Partnering with clients and prospects, Jason’s deep commitment for service excellence, combined with his deep and broad technical experience, leads to outstanding business performance for the companies we serve.
Jason has a proven track record of building a strong rapport with key decision-makers, developing channel partnerships, rehabilitating underperforming territories, and expanding new markets. Prior to joining Coretelligent, he served as business development manager at Hitec, a provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. He also held key roles at ExpeData, Anoto, Agfa, and Interleaf/BroadVision.
Off the grid, Jason looks for any adventure that involves his Harley.
Senior Vice President of Strategic Services
Jason oversees Coretelligent’s team of technical experts who work with our clients to align technology solutions to their business needs. He works closely with clients in diverse industries, leading the way on a wide range of technical projects.
Jason has extensive training and experience in VMware and Cisco solutions, and his certifications include MCSE/MCITP: Enterprise Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) +Messaging, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Convergence+ Certified, Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator (CSSA), and NeverFail Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE).
Prior to Coretelligent, Jason spent 10 years at Welsh Consulting, where his technical expertise, business acumen and dedication to client service earned him a leadership role as a partner of the firm. He developed and mentored staff, authored and formalized processes and drove substantial revenue growth. He helped maintain profitability through a challenging economy and guided the transition to new ownership after the company was sold.
Outside the office, Jason can be found enjoying time with his family, running, reading, participating in OCR events, and studying Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Sr. Director of Field Services, Northeast Region
Scott heads up field operations, leading the development of processes, procedures and talent to ensure the best possible client experience. He coordinates Coretelligent resources to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs, and develops field engineering talent to continually expand our skills.
Scott cultivates strong client relationships that are the key to identifying and addressing issues proactively. He regularly makes site visits and stays in close communication with all points of contact. Scott emphasizes a team-based approach and collaborative problem-solving that leverages our combined expertise.
He has more than a decade of experience in managed services, working in both remote and field services. His experience working as a field engineer gives Scott a keen understanding of the challenges engineers face in the field. Previously, Scott worked in the human services industry, providing opportunities to hone his crisis management skills.
Scott’s passion for technology is matched by his passion for art; he is an accomplished painter and illustrator.
Vice President of Remote Support Operations
Kettric joined Coretelligent in early 2018, bringing 20 years’ experience in support operations to our Remote Support Team. His mission has been to help refocus support on client experience and best-in-breed tools powered by a cohesive team of dedicated engineering talent.
For the last decade, Kettric has used his skills and experience to build and rebuild managed services practices and technical contact centers with the aim of maximizing client satisfaction and retention. He drives adaptive methodologies and best practices emphasizing unexpected scenarios to ensure highly flexible teams dedicated to clients’ long-term success.
Prior to joining Coretelligent, Kettric was director of MXs managed services support for TPX Communications (formerly TelePacific).
Kettric draws strength and inspiration from the natural world and enjoys hiking and wilderness adventures.
Vice President of Customer Success, Northeast Region
Brian leads the Coretelligent Customer Success Team with accountability for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and growth. Serving as an advocate for clients, he ensures that client needs are met and that Coretelligent delivers best-in-class, white glove service.
Brian joined Coretelligent in 2018 and has more than 10 years’ experience in client management. Prior to joining Coretelligent, Brian held several client facing roles with OnForce, Inc., where he led the client development and account management teams serving Fortune 100 companies. He previously served as a sales engineer responsible for product demos for new customers.
When not at work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Meghan, and their young son, Conrad, or cheering on his hometown Syracuse Orange sports teams or the New York Mets.
Director of Global Infrastructure
Adam oversees strategy and day-to-day operations for the CoreCloud and CoreBDR platforms, as well as for Coretelligent’s internal systems. He is driven to continually expand our platforms to offer the highest levels of scalability, flexibility and automation, capable of satisfying any customer need.
Since joining Coretelligent in 2009, Adam has served in several roles, including procurement and remote support, field engineering and, most recently, as a principal solutions architect. During his more than eight years in a customer-facing role, Adam was responsible for designing, supporting, and troubleshooting complex, high-profile customer environments across numerous verticals. He also served as a point of escalation for numerous technologies, including Active Directory and Exchange, networking, and storage systems.
When he’s not at work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and Redda, his Akita-German shepherd mix, brushing up on his coding skills and helping nonprofits with their websites.
Senior Vice President Operations, Southern Region
Eric was co-founder and CEO of United Technology Group, LLC (UTG), acquired by Coretelligent in 2019. In that role, he directed the company’s vision and strategy in partnership with co-founder Brian Miller and the company’s board. As the SVP of Operations for the Southern Region, he has operational responsibilities for this crucial geographic region.
Eric brings to Coretelligent a strong background in technology and engineering, devoting a part of his time to overseeing service delivery, with a particular focus on customer success. His passion for the methodologies that ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes is reflected in the company’s superior performance.
Eric graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in mechanical engineering. He is a proud husband and father and enjoys fishing and outdoor activities.
Director of Marketing
As a creative, results-driven marketing professional, Alex oversees all Coretelligent marketing activities with a strong focus on driving brand awareness and business growth. She plays a key role in achieving our strategic goals by successfully developing, implementing and managing omnichannel marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, acquisition and retention.
Alex has more than 13 years’ marketing experience in a variety of industries, from healthcare to aviation to publishing. Prior to joining Coretelligent, she served as Director of Marketing at Summit Healthcare, developing and implementing B2C and B2B marketing programs to support sales in the US, Canada and the UK with a solid focus on ROI.
When she isn’t working, Alex enjoys traveling and enjoying family time with her husband and son.
Vice President of Customer Success
Bill was co-founding Partner of SoundView IT Solutions LLC, acquired by Coretelligent in November 2019. In his role as VP of Customer Success, he acts as an advocate for clients ensuring they receive superior service.
Bill worked for eight years at Pequot Capital Management, Inc. where he started as an associate lead support tech and worked his way up to Senior Vice President and Manager of Support Services. From there, Bill and his partners founded SoundView IT Solutions LLC, where he served many roles, including Marketing, Pre/Post sales, Support, and Projects.
His entrepreneurial spirit and multi-industry experience have been instrumental in supporting thousands of customers at various firms. Bill served as a shift lead security analyst for Electronic Technologies Corporation (ETC), a contract firm at IBM, to support access control systems for all IBM offices in the USA. After ETC he joined HedgeWare, Inc to support the IT infrastructure as well as support clients in upgrading and implementation of HedgeWare and AdvisorWare.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys cycling, Ultimate Frisbee, and boating. Bill is a proud husband, and father of three.
SVP and General Counsel
Anne uses her passion for problem-solving to support business initiatives as Coretelligent’s General Counsel. She also oversees Human Resources, working with the Director of Human Resources on employment agreements and employment law.
Anne brings over 20 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer in the IT industry. Throughout her career, Anne has helped organizations navigate intellectual property, licensing, contract negotiations, and employment law.
Anne is a crossword puzzle enthusiast. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. A true New Englander, you can find her on the slopes in the winter and at the beach in the summer.
Vice President of Strategic Services
Gary was a founding Managing Partner of SoundView IT Solutions, LLC, acquired by Coretelligent in November 2019. In his role as VP of Strategic Services, Gary works with our clients to create an IT strategy that aligns solutions with business needs.
Gary’s extensive skill set includes storage management, server installations & virtualization, OS installations, data center buildouts, backup & disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. He holds a master’s degree in software engineering from Fairfield University.
Gary’s strong work ethic has earned him many accolades from his IT peers. He has always been an extremely committed team player that is focused, level-headed, technically talented, and self-motivated.
When Gary isn’t burning the midnight oil, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family traveling, hiking, biking, or working around the house.
Director of Procurement
Michael, or MJ as he is colloquially known, is a lifetime IT professional with over twenty years of experience. He has been with Coretelligent since 2015 and has risen through the ranks of the Remote Support Team, serving 2 years as a manager. MJ has a passion for problem solving and enjoys finding ways to use technology to create efficiencies and improve processes.
As Director of Procurement, MJ works collaboratively with all teams at Coretelligent to ensure his team provides the timely and efficient delivery of the physical, virtual, and software infrastructure our clients need to succeed and grow. MJ believes firmly that Coretelligent’s success goes hand in hand with the success of our clients.
Outside of work, MJ enjoys hiking, rock climbing, baking, whiskey, and fine cigars.
