Westwood, Mass., JULY 28, 2020- Coretelligent has been named as one of the world’s premier managed service providers on the prestigious 2020 annual Channel Futures MSP 501 rankings.

For the 13th year running, MSPs from around the globe completed an exhaustive survey and application this spring to self-report product offerings, annual total and recurring revenues, profits, revenue mix, growth opportunities and company and customer demographic information. Applicants are ranked on a unique methodology that weighs revenue figures according to long-term health and viability; commitment to recurring revenue; and operational efficiency.

Channel Futures is pleased to name Coretelligent to the 2020 MSP 501.

“We are grateful and humbled to be recognized among the world’s most elite MSPs. As Coretelligent continues to grow, our values remain focused on delivering innovative solutions and superior white glove service to our clients,” said Kevin J. Routhier, Founder and CEO of Coretelligent.

In the 13 years since its inception, the MSP 501 has evolved from a competitive ranking list into a vibrant group of service providers, vendors, distributors, consultants and industry analysts working together to define the growing managed service opportunity.

“For the third year running, the applicant pool for the annual MSP 501 has grown year-over-year, making this year’s list the most competitive in the survey’s history,” says Kris Blackmon, Senior Content Director at Channel Partners and Channel Futures. “The MSP 501 leveraged judgment methodology brand-new in 2020 to drill down into not just what makes a big managed service provider, but what makes a great managed service provider. The 2020 winners are truly the best examples of innovation, business acumen and strategic savvy on the planet. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the 2020 winners and gratitude to the thousands of MSPs that have contributed to the continuing growth and success of both the 501 and the thriving managed services sector.”

Ten MSP 501 special award winners will be recognized at the MSP 501 Awards Gala at Channel Partners Virtual: Digital Events for the Modern Channel on September 8 – 10. Nominations for these special awards, including Digital Innovator of the Year, Executive of the Year and the Newcomer Award, were included in the MSP 501 application, and all candidates were encouraged to submit for them.

Boston, MA (April 15, 2020) — The Boston Business Journal has named Coretelligenta leading provider of comprehensive managed IT and private cloud services, to its exclusive 2020 Fast 50 list, which represents the 50 fastest-growing private companies in Massachusetts. The Fast 50 companies are selected and ranked based on a formula that counts revenue growth from 2016 to 2019, making these companies a key component of the region’s continued economic growth.

“At a time when the world is coping with the challenges of the COVID-19 crisis, I am extremely proud of our team for continuing to serve our customers with excellence,” notes Kevin J. Routhier, Founder, and CEO of Coretelligent. “Receiving this prestigious award from the Boston Business Journal for the fifth consecutive year helps us remember that the individuals behind the Coretelligent brand are making a difference in the lives of our clients every day. The inclusion in this year’s list is more meaningful than ever, as it demonstrates Coretelligent’s ability to consistently deliver exceptional service while achieving exceptional growth.”

Coretelligent’s continued success is the result of an unwavering focus on security and process, which helps provide clients with the assurance that they are fully compliant with government regulations and protected from cyber threats at all times. Their experience in complex businesses such as financial services, life sciences, technology, legal and manufacturing assures that each new client will have access to the background and knowledge required to quickly scale and implement solutions.

“At a time when positive business news is hard to come by, the privately held companies included among this year’s Fast 50 have something to celebrate indeed,” Carolyn M. Jones, market president and publisher of the Boston Business Journal, said. “The COVID-19 crisis has changed the way we work and live; and like many others, we have reimagined our event and content to ensure the health and safety of all. Our celebration, originally scheduled to be held on May 20, is now expected to be held in November.”

A Fast 50 special publication is scheduled to run in the May 22 weekly edition of the Business Journal. Companies on the Fast 50 must have their headquarters in Massachusetts and must have reported revenue of at least $500,000 in 2016 and $1 million in 2019 were considered. The numbers were crunched and analyzed by the Business Journal’s research department and by the media company’s Fast 50 partner, Withum. To be included, companies must maintain growth from 2018 to 2019 and record minimum sales of $1 million for 2019.

Westwood, Mass., Sept. 17, 2019 — The Private Equity US Fall Forum is bringing together investors, funds, and advisors for the third consecutive year October 29-30, 2019 in San Francisco, and Coretelligent’s Chief Technology Officer Christopher Messer will be on hand to help lead the conversation around cybersecurity. Understanding the challenges associated with cybersecurity is a growing concern for private equity investors, specifically in the realms of due diligence and risk management. This elite gathering is expected to be highly engaged with the discussion around the risks and opportunities in private market investing for 2020 and beyond.

Renewed Focus on Compliance and Cybersecurity Risk

Large investments can result in exceptional risk, especially for startup organizations that may not have a robust infrastructure in place to help maintain secure operations. Messer will address the topic “Cybertechnology in Private Equity” in a breakout session that is kicked off by a keynote on the LP Perspective on Global Private Equity Markets. “Cybersecurity is a growing concern for organizations of all sizes, but mergers and acquisitions can trigger unexpected events that increase risk beyond an acceptable level”, notes Messer. “It’s crucial that organizations understand the complexities that are involved in data compliance and cybersecurity, allowing them to make informed decisions to mitigate risk. At Coretelligent, our teams are well-versed in the language of private equity to help support the unique needs during due diligence periods and beyond”.

Technology, Security and Intelligence Influence

During the Private Equity US Fall Forum, Christopher Messer will also be helping businesses and investors understand the nuances around technology, security and intelligence influence during a panel discussion around how these topics relate to private equity. Through the panel, Messer and other technology leaders will answer questions from the moderator and the floor around how technology can be leveraged to improve operations and transparency while integrating new platforms and delivering services in new ways.

Businesses are using technology in ways that were purely unexpected only a few years ago, and this can be particularly true in the emerging markets that are often the domain of private equity investors. These organizations are increasingly leaning on trusted IT services partners such as Coretelligent to ensure that leaders have the strategic insight required to manage risk both now and in the future.

Westwood, Mass., August 14, 2019 — Coretelligent, a leading provider of comprehensive managed IT and private cloud services, is delighted to announce that they are included in the 2019 edition of the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America for the eighth consecutive year. This prestigious group of organizations has included businesses such as Microsoft, Timberland, Oracle, Patagonia and Intuit. The 2019 edition recognizes the innovators and business leaders who form the backbone of America’s economy: private businesses.

Coretelligent Joins Elite 1% of Inc. 5000 Candidates

Being a part of the Inc. 5000 list multiple years in a row is quite a feat as very few organizations manage to sustain the growth level required to remain on this elite list. “Of the tens of thousands of companies that have applied to the Inc. 5000 over the years, only a fraction have made the list more than once. A mere one percent of companies have made the list 8 times”, according to James Ledbetter, Editor in Chief, Inc. Media. Coretelligent’s current ranking on the 2019 Inc. 5000 list is at position 3670 in an era when the majority of the companies on the list grew at least sixfold since 2015, setting the bar extremely high for inclusion to what is often called the most exclusive club in business.

Exceptional Annual Growth Tightly Tied to Client Satisfaction

With a 2018 growth rate of 158% certified by Inc., Coretelligent continues to exceed expectations of growth by providing clients with the best-in-class support that they have grown to expect from the IT services leader. Coretelligent continued to expand in 2019, as they partnered with VSS to acquire United Technology Group in April. “United Technology Group provided an exceptional fit for Coretelligent due to their focus on excellence in high-touch sectors such as health sciences and financial services,” Kevin J. Routhier, Founder and CEO of Coretelligent. “Through UTG’s home office in Atlanta, this acquisition helped expand our reach in rapidly growing technology hubs in the Southeastern United States”. The Coretelligent team attributes much of their success to their White Glove service model that encapsulates becoming a true partner for their clients by continually improving service offerings and support.

Selection Criteria for Inc. 5000 Inclusion

To be considered for inclusion on the Inc. 5000 list, each organization must meet strict criteria and provide their overall revenue growth from the previous three years. Organizations must be based in the U.S., privately held and independent as well as operating on a for-profit basis. The continual growth of the U.S. economy is driven in large part by these organizations that help drive innovation and opportunities for individuals throughout the country.

Westwood, Mass., July 18, 2019 — Cybersecurity is a key consideration for organizations that manage financial, personal and health-related information. Coretelligent’s CTO, Christopher Messer, has years of experience helping organizations protect the sensitive data that is captured, stored and leveraged throughout their business. Messer will be sharing this information at the upcoming Family Office & Private Wealth Management Forum July 22 – 24, 2019, in Newport, RI.

Cybersecurity Considered Crucial for Today’s Businesses

Robust cybersecurity measures are a requirement for today’s businesses and few organizations could consider themselves exempt from becoming the target of cybercriminals. It is crucial for business and technology leaders to maintain a high level of knowledge in the realm of cybersecurity and translate that information back to their organization in an actionable way. Without active monitoring solutions in place, studies show that it takes an average of 206 days to discover that a data breach has occurred — much less begin remediation of the breach.

Providing Trusted Cybersecurity Education

“Education is one of the core tenets of our business,” notes Christopher Messer. “We believe that sharing information about cybersecurity with our clients and our community will advance the understanding of this significant risk to a new generation of leaders”. Coretelligent is a leading provider of comprehensive managed IT and private cloud services for organizations of all sizes, operating from their regional offices in Atlanta, Boston, New York, Philadelphia and San Francisco. Coretelligent’s business leaders regularly look for opportunities to share expert advice with organizations to help them overcome the extreme challenges that are being presented in the world of digital security, data storage and compliance.
